How to Bulk Order using a CSV file?
Question: I'm looking at submitting an order via Bulk Order using a CSV file but have some questions on how to populate some of the fields.
As above in the table, follow the simple instructions below to fill out the fields in a bulk order CSV file :
Contact Name = delivery contact name.
Department = Any other address info like company name.
Phone Number = Customers phone number.
Email Address = Customers email address.
Address 1, Address 2, Town, County, Postcode = Customers full address information. Address 1, Town & Postcode are mandatory.
Geko Code = The SKU of the product you would like to order.
Order ID = Your order number. Can be left blank.
Items = The quantity of items required by the customer.
Service ID = Leave blank unless next day delivery is required. Insert "Next Day" in the box if required.
