How do I add an IOSS number to my order?

Once you have proceeded to the checkout, enter the address as normal.

When you have selected the country of delivery, you will see another box appear called IOSS.

Your IOSS number begins with an IM which you need to enter and will look like this: IM3720000224

Please ensure you enter the correct code for the item and the country.

This will then be applied to the shipping label.

If you do not supply an IOSS number, any import taxes that are charged on the order are to be paid by yourself or your customer. If Geko has to cover these import taxes, your account with be charged for the amount on the same invoice. We reserve the right to charge you for any of these import charges without notifying you beforehand.
