If you have received an item faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us so we are able to try and rectify this.
Otherwise, you may return the item to the address below as your own expense. There is a restock charge of £10 for the item to be returned to stock.
RETURNS PROCEDURE
Products can be returned back to us at: Hall Farm, Kirton Road, Egmanton, Newark, Nottinghamshire, NG22 0HG. The restocking fee is £10 + VAT. The products must be in the original packaging and original condition or extra charges may apply. The return of any items is your responsibility. Returns are only accepted if they are received within 30 days of the original delivery. Before returning any items, you must inform Geko Products Ltd of the reason for the return and obtain an RMA number.
