How to process Shopify orders

Shopify App - Process orders

When you get an order for one of our products you simply click "Request Fulfilment" on the order to send it to us.



The order will then be sent to us with all the required details for us to process and dispatch your order. The system will also generate an invoice for this order. No need to individually pay for each order simply make one payment per day either by bank transfer or card. View all your invoices here.
On your order it will show we have accepted your request and are processing it.



Once the order has been dispatched and allocated it’s tracking number, an email will be sent out, the Geko portal will update with the tracking number and so will the order status on Shopify change to fulfilled. You can find the tracking number and courier on the fulfilled order page.
