When will I receive my credit/refund?

Credits are issued when Customer Services have been notified of any damages to items and replacements are not required.

Alternatively once returns have been received and checked, Credits will then be raised.

All credit notes are applied to your account to be deducted upon the next order placed.


If the delivery of the order is refused, or it fails due to you cancelling the contract, Geko Products Ltd will refund you within 30 days for any sum that has been paid by you with respect to the goods less the relevant delivery and return fee and our restocking fee of £10 + vat.

By exercising your right to cancel, you are required to return the goods, at your own cost, to Geko Products Ltd. Our restocking fee of £10 + vat will be deducted from your refund.
