            How do I return a product back to Geko?


            If a customer changes their mind and wants to return a dropship item please send it to: 

            Geko Products Ltd
            Hall Farm
            Kirton Road
            Egmanton
            Newark
            Nottinghamshire
            NG22 0HG

            Please use the invoice number as the reference.

            Once we receive it back the refund will be issued within 5 days. You will receive a confirmation email once this is processed. 

            The £10 + vat restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.  

            All of the Geko card payments are processed by Stripe. No card data is stored on our servers. Stripe advise it can take 10+ days for the refund to appear on your statement, if it takes longer please contact your bank for assistance.
