Can i use your images for my own website?
Yes of course! You are able to download and save the images and/or request the product listing with the urls of the images and download from ther.
Do you send out samples?
No we do not send out samples. You are welcome to purchase samples at trade price and have them delivered to the address on your account.
Another reseller is selling an item cheaper than you would like
This is unfortunate but we do not advise nor control how much a reseller should sell an item for. We offer Trade, Dropship and the RRP and as long as we receive the payment we require, resellers can sell for as much or as little as they like.
I have found a product cheaper elsewhere
It is highly unlikely that this will happen as we are very competitive. However if you have, please contact us as it may be more beneficial to work with us than a competitor.
If i order in bulk, do i get a discount?
No. We only have two prices, the Trade price and the Dropship price.
Do i have to pay on the internet?

Is there a minimum order value for Dropship orders?
There is no minimum order value for dropship orders. Please note that orders under £9.99 + VAT are charged £2.95 + VAT for delivery to UK Mainland. Any orders over £9.99 + VAT will have free delivery to UK Mainland.
